Danielle Francis

Danielle is one of the Librarian Relations Consultants for the New York City metropolitan region.  She works with firm, law school, court, and agency librarians with-in the 5 boroughs of NYC and on Long Island.  She joins LexisNexis from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where she developed and presented CLE programs along with her research duties.  Previously she was a reference librarian at Sidley Austin LLP, and a research analyst with KPMG, both in Manhattan.

Danielle is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, the Law Libraries of Greater New York, and the Special Libraries Association.  She recently authored her first article, Stepping Out From Behind The Desk, for The RIPS Law Librarian (newsletter of Research Instruction and Patron Services Special Interest Section of AALL).

She received her BA in history from Le Moyne College (Syracuse, NY), and her MSLIS from the Palmer School of Library and Information Science at Long Island University (Brookville, NY).
