Rhonda is the Librarian Relations Consultant for Texas and is based in Dallas.  She also serves librarians in law firms, academic, state, county and court governments in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Oklahoma. 

Rhonda comes to LexisNexis with experience as a law librarian and in retail management.  Most recently, Rhonda was the Executive Director of Legacy, an upscale gift store, in Fort Worth.  Previously she was a Public Services Librarian at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. 

Rhonda is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, the Special Libraries Association, the Dallas Association of Law Libraries, the Houston Association of Law Libraries, the New Orleans Association of Law Libraries, the Mid America Association of Law Libraries, the Southeast Association of Law Libraries and the Southwest Association of Law Libraries.

Rhonda received a BA from Texas A&M University in English, a Master of Science, Information Science from the University of North Texas and a JD from Texas Wesleyan University.
