Enhancements to the Tax Research Task Page
(February 6, 2004) Check out the recent enhancements to the Tax Research Task Page. Many customer suggestions were incorporated in the new design.
Retrieve a Cite
Now you can quickly and easily gain access to an IRC section, Get a Revenue Ruling, Private Letter Rulings, IRS announcements, Treasury Regulations, and much more. Additionally the citation formats and suggestions change dynamically within the form to match the type of document being accessed.
Quick Tax Searches
Get tax cases by party name or docket number. Search core terms of tax cases. Easily access court rules or retrieve a bill by number.
Combined Bill Text and Bill Tracking
The previous bill tracking and bill text boxes have been combined into a single function, eliminating the need to run the same search in two different task boxes.
Public Records Sources
New Public Records Task box allows you to access Bankruptcy Filings, Locator Products, Judgments & Liens, Docket, D&B Reports, and other key public records. And, in order to add the Public Records information, the Key Tax Sources box has been moved to the right hand side of the page.
