Shepard's® Links and Signals Released
(February 13, 2004) New additional links on agency sources, law review articles, statutes and treatises give fast access to Shepardizing® and/or Table of Authorities. When appropriate, Shepardize® and TOA (Table of Authorities) links now join the FOCUSā"¢, More Like This, and More Like Selected Text links appearing at the very top of these documents.
Agency Sources
A Shepard's Signal now appears on full text agency decisions within a number of agency sources, including FERC, FPC, FTC, I.C.C., NLRB, I.C.C. 2d, M.C.C., N.L.R.B., O.S.H. Cas. (BNA), O.S.H. Dec. (CCH), TTAB, MSPR and a growing list of others.
Law Review Articles
A Shepardize link now displays when there is a Shepard's report available for that article, and a "TOA" link will display when there is a TOA report available.
Statutes
A Shepardize link now displays on the face of statute sections when there is a Shepard's report available. (Note: Applies only to statutes and the CFR, and not to constitutions, state regulations, or state rules.)
Matthew Bender® Treatises
A "TOA" link now displays on the face of sections in a large number of Matthew Bender treatises. The number of treatises will continue to grow as we continue to add treatises as citing sources within Shepard's.
