Using the Enhanced TOC to Find Relevant Chapters and Sections
(August 5, 2005)

The Enhanced Table of Contents available on statutes and treatises enables you to navigate easily to find relevant chapters and sections. One way to access relevant material in a statute or treatise would be to use "+" signs that appear to the left of titles, chapters, and subchapters to drill down to relevant sections.

For example, use the Table of Contents for Moore's Federal Practice to obtain expert commentary on how newly discovered evidence may serve as potential grounds for motion for relief from judgment under F.R.C.P. 60(b):

SOURCE: Legal > Area of Law - By Topic > Litigation > Treatises & Analytical Materials > Moore's Federal Practice - Civil

CLICK: the "+" sign to the left of Volume 12 Analysis: Civil Rules 57-63

CLICK: the "+" sign to the left of Chapter 60 Relief From Judgment or Order

CLICK: the "+" sign next to D Grounds For Motion for Relief From Judgment Under Rule 60 (b)

SELECT: click section 60.42 Newly-Discovered Evidence to retrieve the relevant section
