Securities Information Three new sources of financial and securities information from Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) are now available on lexis.com®. You can find them at: Area of Law – By Topic/Securities/Corporate Governance Corporate Governance Quotient – provides ratings on over 7,500 companies. The report evaluates a company’s strengths, deficiencies, risks, and how it is complying with corporate governance requirements. For example, a company with a low rating could mean that it is at risk for a shareholder lawsuit or that it may pose a risky venture in regards to an acquisition of the company. A few key segments for searching: Company, Ticker & by Industry type.
