InfoPro Home > Training & Tutorials > Research Tips Delivery Manager Have you ever wondered if you could check if your requested document was emailed successfully or printed successfully without going to the printer or calling the intended recipient? The Delivery Manager can let you know the status of your items, and also archives items you have sent through a delivery method for 72 hours. So if the email is not received, you can resend it without cost using the Delivery manager. It is located in the upper right hand corner of the Total Research System screen, below “Help.” The icon is a printer with a clock above it. There is a “tips” link within the Delivery Manager that provides additional helpful information.
