CourtLink adds new State Courts with advanced functionality!

LexisNexis® CourtLink® now offers advanced database searching, Alert, Track and Strategic Profiles in the following jurisdictions:

  • Riverside County Superior Court, California - Case types and their start dates are: Civil (from 9/1996), Family (3/1989), and Small Claims (9/1996).
  • San Joaquin County Superior Court, California - Case types and their start dates are: Civil (2/2000), Family (1/2000), Probate (3/2001).
  • Sarasota County Circuit and County Courts, Florida - Case types include: Civil, Criminal and Domestic. All Sarasota data goes back to 1/1995.
  • Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania - Case types include: Civil only. Lancaster data goes back to 1/1997.

So if your attorneys practice in these jurisdictions, they can now use powerful CourtLink search, alert, and strategic profiling functionality to conduct litigation intelligence and client development research.
