I know the answer.  What was the question again?

Great news! Now when you click the “Forgot Password” link on lexis.com, you and your patrons will have the ability to retrieve your security question. (In the past, you needed to remember which security question you answered in order to retrieve their password, but now you’ll be prompted for the specific security question you answered initially.)

Users will be required to input their lexis.com IDs in order to retrieve the question. Once submitted, the security question will appear on the screen and you will be required to provide a correct answer to proceed.   A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file.  When you sign on using this password, you’ll be prompted to enter a new one.
