Quickly find overview of laws from other countries with Martindale-Hubbell® International Law Digest

The Martindale-Hubbell® International Law Digest provides summaries of statutory law for over 80 countries. The international law digest presents the points of law most likely to be of assistance to a lawyer with a matter in which some facet is controlled by the law of foreign country. In addition, descriptions of the governmental and legal systems of the countries are given. They are arranged by main subject categories, then by topics and subheadings for each jurisdiction. The digests are updated annually to include changes in court rules and the most current enactments of the legislature.

The following searches illustrate common methods for searching the Martindale-Hubbell® International Law Digest:

Search by Country
Use the COUNTRY segment to search the summaries of a particular country. For example, take the following steps to find the summaries of the Republic of Korea's laws:

1. Click the Search tab.
2. Click the Legal source tab.
3. Click the following links in the order listed to search the Martindale-Hubbell International Law Digest:
   Global Legal / Multinational Publications / Law Digests / Martindale-Hubbell(R) International Law Digest

Search by Topic
