Shepard’s® Reports, the quick and easy way

Printing a case, and want the full Shepard’s report as well? Now you can save yourself some clicks. When you download (or print or e-mail) a case, you have the option of including the Shepard’s report. In the Download dialog box under Document Range, Current Document just check the box next to Print Shepard’s report for current document. When your case is delivered, the Shepard’s report will begin at the top of the page after the end of the decision. You no longer have to Shepardize® the case on lexis.com®, and print it separately, saving you time.

Notice something else new when printing a case? The Shepard’s Signal™ indicators are now automatically included when downloading the full text, cite list, or KWIC™ view of cases. These indicators are date stamped so the reader knows as of what day the indicator was accurate. This gives them ability to instantly know if they need to update their Shepard’s Signal or report.
