50 State Surveys

Legislative research can be time consuming and difficult. Working through a Legislative Survey of a particular law in all 50 states is, to say the least, quite a job.

Now through the LexisNexis association with Potomac Publishing Company®, Legislative Surveys are one-click process! You can retrieve surveys on a variety of topics within 16 Areas of Law such Business Organization, Labor, Insurance and Real Property. Simply locate your area of law, click on the issue you wish to survey and your results appear in a spreadsheet format showing State, Section Cite and Subject Matter.

Check out Legislative Surveys at at   > States Legal - U.S. > Combined States > FinLegal d Statutes & Legislative Materials > LexisNexis 50 State Surveys, Legislation & Regulations.
