Error & Feedback Messages

Error Messages:  What did I do wrong?
Even the most seasoned librarian can occasionally run a search that results in an error. It can be frustrating to not know what went wrong in order to improve the search.  LexisNexis has now added over 60 error messages to tell you exactly what you’ve done wrong. And, if you are still unclear about your error, we provide a Customer Service number right alongside the error message so you can get help with your search.

Feedback Messages:  I think I got it all but what did I miss?
LexisNexis now provides Feedback on Your Search to give useful information on constructing your search. If you conduct a search and the results weren’t as complete as they could be, you’ll see a feedback on your search message. The feedback will offer suggestions on ways to improve your search to achieve optimum results!
