American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI)

The American Customer Satisfaction Index is compiled by the University of Michigan Business School's National Quality Research Center. ACSI measures how happy people are with the service they received from leading airlines, hotels, hospitals, manufacturers, government agencies, etc. ACSI data and more information about ACSI is posted free on the ACSI Web site (www.theacsi.org).
