Otherwise, you can often get a person's date of birth by searching a credit header, voter registration, professional licensing or other database on Accurint, Merlin, Lexis (FINDER;P-TRACK and FINDER;P-CNSR) or another system. Alternatively, you can try to get a copy of the person's birth certificate (see "Vital Records"), though this might not be public information.
