We marshal all the resources necessary to ensure that everything goes well in delivering that solution to you.

Implementation Services handles the assignment of keeping a sharp eye on your project from start to finish. Although every project varies in scale and scope, they all involve our time-tested methods and checkpoints along the way:

  • Project Team Assignments — We dedicate a leader and team to your project; usually the client also appoints a project manager as a single point of contact.

  • Detailed Project Planning — Clarify goals and objectives for the activity, including schedules, timelines and checkpoints; allocate tasks and assignments to team members.

  • Implementation Planning — Gather all requirements, technology and infrastructure considerations, and details and schedules for installation and integration phases.

  • Deployment — Follow plan schedules and sequences to install and integrate all systems, servers, software, desktop equipment and network links. Handle necessary data transfers and integrations with existing data resources to get new solutions ready. Configure solution for multiple users, different reports and views, automated alerts and processes, and other customized parameters unique to the practice.

  • Training Activities — Schedule training to address any cultural and change concerns, user communities and those responsible for solution operations.

  • Test & Transition — Phase-in operations for the hardware and software to verify performance as expected and build comfort levels in the user population.

  • Turnover — Project completed with a successful deployment and satisfied client.

Some solutions offer “quick start” packages and libraries of reusable templates that can get you up and running with critical capabilities even faster; and the schedule on upgrades to an existing solution is always shorter than a new installation.
