Juris offers four levels of technical support packages:

Live-Answer Technical Support 1 hour of telephonic technical support per month. 3 hours of telephonic technical support per month. Up to 5 hours of telephonic support per month. (Up to 5 hours may carry over to the following month for a maximum of 10 hours in any given month) No set limit for telephonic technical support
