PCLaw TE (Travel Edition)
PCLaw TE combines the benefits of PCLaw with the convenience and mobility of handheld computing to provide you with time capturing, calendaring and client expense tracking capabilities while you are on the road. PCLaw TE is designed to work on the following handheld platforms:
- Palm® OS® version 3.5 or higher
- BlackBerry® OS 4.0 or higher
Note: PCLaw TE currently does not support Windows Mobile® 5 or Windows Mobile 6 OS.
Capture time and fees and transfer them to PCLaw
PCLaw TE lets you run multiple timers, enter flat fees and view all your entries in a timesheet format. Time and fees can be edited and deleted at any time before synchronizing to PCLaw. Entries may be edited in PCLaw after the synchronization.
Record client expenses and transfer them to PCLaw
PCLaw TE will help you recover more client expenses because it allows you to record expenses at the time you incur them. Expenses can be edited and deleted anytime before synchronizing to PCLaw. Entries may be edited in PCLaw after the synchronization.
Look up client and contact names, addresses and phone numbers
PCLaw TE provides you with access to client and matter information from your PDA. Browse or search to bring up client details including name, address, telephone numbers and more. Your PDA is automatically updated with your PCLaw client list every time you synchronize.
Manage your calendar and convert completed appointments into time entries
PCLaw TE lets you create, change or remove appointments on your PDA. New appointments and changes to existing ones are transferred to PCLaw when you synchronize. Appointments can be viewed in a daily, weekly and monthly format.
