    This site provides a wide range of support information from how to get started to advanced troubleshooting.

    Licensed customers have access to this comprehensive site, which provides forums, software updates and other self-help resources.

Live-Answer Telephone Support 
Live-answer telephone support is available Monday through Friday 8a.m. – 8p.m. This is designed to address issues that are strictly technical in nature, such as unusual initial setup and installation, errors, unexpected results and performance problems.

North American customers, please call 800-387-9785. International customers, please call 00 + 1-919-467-1221.

To receive live-answer telephone support, customers must either be within the first 60 days of a new software order, or have a current Annual Maintenance Plan, which includes telephonic technical support as well as software upgrades for the life of the contract. Installation-related support is available for customers who are within the first 30 days of an upgrade.

When you call, you will be asked to provide your customer number by selecting the About…option from the Help menu within the software. After entering your customer number you will be immediately transferred to a trained technical support staff member. During exceptionally busy periods, subscribers may experience short hold times.

Annual Maintenance Plan
The Annual Maintenance Plan makes it easy to use the most current version of Time Matters and leverage the latest features and functionality of the software. Also, telephonic support is available when you need it most.

  • Take advantage of all the latest enhancements by downloading and installing the most current version, included as part of your Annual Maintenance Plan.
  • Manage costs and always have a supported version—the more current the version, the lower your support and maintenance renewal price will be.
  • Talk to a product specialist and receive technical help pertaining to issues that may emerge during setup and installation; unexpected results; or other concerns that may arise while you are using the application.
On-Site Certified Independent Consultants 
For incident-based or on-site support, customers may locate and contract one of our certified independent consultants who have completed comprehensive training and certification on LexisNexis software products.
