• LexisNexis ID, First and Last Name, and school of the instructor(s) and/or student(s) who is experiencing the problem along with a phone number with the best time to call and/or an email address
• Course Title and Course ID related to your issue, which can be found in the "Course List" when viewing the "Courses" tab
• The Navigation Button and/or Label where the problem you are experiencing exists
• Error messages you are receiving, if any
• System information like operating system & browser version
• E-mail address(es), if problem is associated with an e-mail issue
