student's name, if applicable), and the title and ISBN of the requested publication for tracking purposes.

Q: Do you offer audio-recordings of your casebooks or supplements?
A: At this time, LexisNexis is unable to offer audio-recordings of our materials.
Q: Do I need to submit multiple forms to obtain different books for the same student? If it is a supplement may I use the same form?
A: Yes. It helps ensure that all of your casebook requests are processed and nothing is overlooked. Making your requests on separate forms also helps us track each request individually, which helps us improve our service overall.
If you are requesting a casebook and its companion supplement or student guide, you do not need to fill out a separate form, however you must indicate to us in the
"comments" section that you also need the supplement/student guide.
Q: When I enter an address, should I use the student's home address or the
school's address?
A: LexisNexis will email the PDF files to the email address that has been provided to us. If you, as a coordinator, prefer to receive the materials directly and then distribute them to your students yourself, please use your email address.
