Federal Judge Denies Class Certification In Dentists' Reimbursement Case

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico - A Puerto Rico federal judge on March 13 declined to grant class certification in a reimbursement suit brought by dentists and their employer against multiple health insurers, saying the plaintiffs failed to meet commonality and predominance requirements (College of Dental Surgeons of Puerto Rico v.
