Plaintiffs Seek To Enjoin Government From Requiring Registration In Medicare Suit

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Plaintiffs appealing the dismissal of their challenge of changes to Medicare arising from the Patient Protection and Affordable Act (PPACA) on March 13 filed an emergency motion for interim relief in the District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Association of American Physicians & Surgeons Inc., et al. v.
