ICSID Dismisses Ukraine's Proposal To Disqualify, Finds No Lack Of Impartiality

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The International Centre For Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on April 5 released a decision dismissing a proposal for disqualification of an arbitrator appointed by an Australian company in a dispute with Ukraine, finding that Ukraine failed to present any fact that showed a manifest lack of impartiality by the company's appointed arbitrator (Alpha Projektholding GmbH v.
