India Supreme Court Judge Appoints Arbitrator In Offshore Drilling Dispute

NEW DELHI - An India Supreme Court judge on Feb. 17 granted a drilling company's application to appoint a former chief justice of India as an arbitrator in a dispute with an oil and natural gas company, finding that an arbitration clause in a contract for offshore drilling applied to a dispute between the parties (Dolphin Drilling Ltd. v.
