Judge Denies Motion To Reconsider Order Compelling Arbitration In Bermuda

MIAMI - A Florida federal judge refused to reconsider an order compelling arbitration in Bermuda in relation to a cruise worker's claims that he suffered injuries at work, finding that the employee failed to show that a claim of unequal bargaining power was a valid defense under the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (Nikola Krstic v.
