Federal Judge Compels Arbitration Of Dispute Over Additional Service Fees

SAN DIEGO - A California federal judge on Nov. 17 granted a motion to compel arbitration of a dispute in relation to an agreement for the design of a website, finding that the agreement fell under the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (Ariel Freaner v.
