Part two of the trifecta is the Nielsen State of Social Media Report. It focuses on how
powerful social media is on consumer behavior. This report is a little
less law and a little more social media, but I wanted to include
it in this summary because I was completely entertained when reading it and
think it is something all companies should keep in mind as it is nearly
impossible to have a thriving business without a web presence.
What are some of the key findings?
Simply because this is the most visually appealing report I have read in
awhile, I highly recommend that everyone take a look.
