Division Two of the Court of Appeals filed 1 new published opinion and Division Three filed no new opinions on Wednesday, May 30, 2012:

State v. Reynoldson
No. 41442-2
(May 30, 2012)
2012 Wash. App. LEXIS 1251

Areas: CRIMINAL LAW

Brief: The Court of Appeals reverses the trial court’s grant of a new trial to the defendant based on juror misconduct, holding that the trial court should not have considered a juror’s affidavit stating that she lied when the court polled her regarding the verdict and that she did not, in fact, agree with the jury’s verdict because those issues are an integral part of the jury’s verdict.
