Environmental Groups, PacifCorp Reach $1 Million Pollution Settlement

CHEYENNE Wyo. – (AP) A lawsuit filed by environmental groups over alleged air pollution violations at a power plant in western Wyoming has resulted in PacifCorp agreeing to pay $1 million to the federal government.
