Defense Counsel Alerts for the U.S. District Courts
Until now traditional new case alerts notified users when an attorney or firm appeared in a newly filed case, typically as the plaintiff counsel. Now you will have the option to be notified when attorneys or firms appear as the defense counsel. Throughout the day, CourtLink retrieves attorney appearance information in active U.S. District Court cases and checks the data against the user's criteria. Results appear with other Attorney/Firm Alerts, designated as Defense Counsel.
How do I set up a New Event Alert?
It's EASY - go to http://www.courtlink.com/, Click "Alert," "Set New Alert," and Select "NEW EVENT" then simply fill in the blank and we'll do the rest.
If alerts are included in your Courtlink subscription, there are no additional charges. If you do not have a Courtlink subscription, transactional access is $2.95 for each New Event Alert result and $10.25 for each Defense Counsel Alert result.
