3rd Circuit Affirms Dismissal Of Tuition Suit Against University

PHILADELPHIA - The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on March 13 affirmed the dismissal of a plaintiff's suit alleging breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duties against a university relating to a student loan and the university's failure to refund half of his tuition after he withdrew from classes (Thomas v. Nova Southeastern University, No. 11-3224, 3rd Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 5259).
