D.C. Federal Judge Dismisses Copyright, Trademark Lawsuit

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Lamenting a "largely incomprehensible" copyright and trademark infringement complaint, a District of Columbia federal judge on March 13 dismissed the lawsuit on grounds that the plaintiff conceded any opposition to a defendant's motion for summary judgment (Isaac A. Potter Jr. v. Toei Animation Inc., et al., No. 10-2085, D. D.C.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 33177).
