New Jersey Appeals Panel Affirms Decision To Deny Claims For Water-Damaged Home

TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division panel on March 14 affirmed a decision to deny water damage claims brought by a couple that purchased a newly constructed home, concluding that the plaintiffs failed to follow the proper procedures to have the damage inspected (Joel Bradus, et al. v. Family Homes Construction LLC, No. A-5377-09T2, N.J. Super., App. Div.; 2012 N.J. Super. Unpub. LEXIS 562).
