New Jersey Federal Judge Refuses Certification In Suit Over School Board's Policy

CAMDEN, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge on March 21 denied a motion to certify a class of Haddonfield, N.J., students and their parents suing the Haddonfield Board of Education for enforcing a policy that allows students to be punished for their off-campus actions ( D.O. and M.O., individually and on behalf of C.O., a minor child, et al. v. Haddonfield Board of Education, No. 10-631, D. N.J.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 38119).
