7th Circuit: Poor Performance, Not Whistle-Blowing, Caused Auditor's Termination

CHICAGO - A former financial services company auditor failed to prove that her whistle-blowing activity, and not poor job performance, resulted in her termination, the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled March 27, upholding a trial court ruling (Beverly E. Robinson v. Morgan Stanley, et al.,  No. 11-3243, 7th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 6235).
