New Jersey Federal Judge: Former Newscaster's Age, Race Claims Time Barred

TRENTON, N.J. - A former Wall Street Journal Radio Network newscaster's claims that his employer discriminated against him because of his race and age and fired him in retaliation for his union activities all fail because they were filed too late, a New Jersey federal judge ruled March 27 (Dean W. Schomburg v. Dow Jones & Co., et al., No. 11-3410, D. N.J.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 41563).
