9th Circuit Asks Nev. High Court To Rule On Policy's Indoor Pollution Exclusions

SAN FRANCISCO - The Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on April 6 asked whether an insurance policy's exclusions regarding carbon monoxide indoor pollution exclude coverage of wrongful death suits in a question certified to the Nevada Supreme Court (Century Surety Company v. Casino West, Inc., No. 10-17309, 9th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 6958).
