DETROIT - Retirees on April 9 sought reconsideration of a federal judge in Michigan's determination that they lacked standing to seek a declaration clarifying their rights to lifetime retiree health care benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA) (Gerald E. Hawkins, et al. V. Howden Buffalo, Inc., No. 05-CV-74437, E.D. Mich.).
