Insurer Says Construction Company's Sediment Discharges Predate Policy Period

INDIANAPOLIS - An insurer sued a construction company and the construction company's other insurers in an Indiana federal court on April 6, asking for a declaration that it does not owe any liability to the construction company for certain sediment discharges it allegedly made into a creek and lake (The Cincinnati Insurance Company v.
