VALDOSTA, Ga. - A hotel employee's sex discrimination and retaliation claims fail because she did not properly exhaust her administrative remedies with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission before filing suit, a Georgia federal judge ruled April 13 (Candi Forster v. A&M Hospitalities, L.L.C. d/b/a Hilton Garden Inn, No. 7:10-cv-112, M.D. Ga.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 52106).
