3rd Circuit Refuses To Revive Suit More Than 10 Years After Dismissal

PHILADELPHIA - The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on April 17 upheld a trial court's refusal to revive an inmate's individual lawsuit, which had been part of a consolidated action against the prison, more than a decade after dismissal (In re: Bayside Prison Litigation Jeffrey Morton v. Bayside State Prison, No. 11-1714, 3rd Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 7651).
