Judge Approves Agreement Requiring Defense Department To Pay $5.6M To EPA

DETROIT - A federal judge in Michigan on April 30 approved a consent decree in which the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) will pay $5.6 million to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to reimburse the agency for cleanup costs it incurred at the Aircraft Components Inc.
