ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Alleged race-based or gender-based conduct by a white man working for the U.S. Postal Service directed at a black female co-worker was not "sufficiently severe and pervasive" to create a hostile work environment, an Alaska federal judge held May 4 (Alfreda Lockwood v. Patrick Donahoe, No. 3:11-cv-00032, D. Alaska; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 62601).
