2nd Circuit Partially Reverses Labor Board's Ruling On Union Campaign

NEW YORK - The National Labor Relations Board erred when it ruled that a popular coffee chain had no right to limit the number of pro-union buttons its employees worse, the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled May 10 (National Labor Relations Board v. Starbucks Corporation, d/b/a Starbucks Coffee Company,  No. 10-3511, 2nd Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 9537).
