Arkansas Federal Judge Denies Approval Of Confidential Settlement In FLSA Case

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - An Arkansas federal judge on May 11 refused to approve a confidential settlement of 16 workers' unpaid overtime claims, finding that the public's interest outweighs any need to keep the agreement confidential (Bill Hollomon, et al. v. AT&T Mobility Services, LLC,  No. 4:11-cv-00600, E.D. Ark.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 66158).
