Federal Circuit Remands Postal Service Copyright Case For New Award

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A $5,000 award for the U.S. Postal Service's infringement of a copyrighted statue was incorrectly limited by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims to the Postal Service's highest past license payment, the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled May 14 (Frank Gaylord v.
