7th Circuit Upholds Denial Of Census Bureau Employee's Retaliation Claims

CHICAGO - The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on May 22 affirmed an Indiana federal judge's rejection of a U.S. Census Bureau seasonal employee's claims that she was retaliated against in multiple ways for filing administrative claims (Kimberly A. Cain v. Gary Locke, No. 10-2688, 7th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 10261).
