PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge on May 22 concluded that because several defendants in a trademark and cyberpiracy case had minimal contacts with Pennsylvania and derived only 3 percent of their business from the state, the court could not exercise general personal jurisdiction over them (Live Face On Web LLC v. iSpeakVideo Inc., et al., No. 2:11-cv-04573, E.D. Pa.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 71356).
