Apple: Kodak Patent Dispute Should Be Heard In District Court

NEW YORK - Apple Inc. on June 4 moved in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York to remove to a district court a patent lawsuit related to the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Eastman Kodak Co. on grounds that it would be "reversible error" if the patent issues were summarily disposed of through the bankruptcy proceeding (In Re: Eastman Kodak Company, No. 12-10202, Chapter 11, S.D.
